Leaders around the world are reacting to the message delivered by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the United Nations Security Council. The president said Russia must be held accountable for what he calls "war crimes." In his video message on Tuesday, Zelenskyy said Russia's veto power at the UN allows "evil to remain unpunished." Zelenskyy accused Russian soldiers of killing anyone they saw, including women and children. He said, "As a result of Russian actions, the most terrible war crimes since World War Two were committed on Ukrainian territory." Russia's ambassador to the UN Vassily Nebenzia pointed the finger back at Ukrainian troops. He claimed Ukrainians are torturing and killing Russian prisoners of war, and using civilians as human shields. But British Prime Minister Boris Johnson appealed directly to the Russian people on Tuesday. He called on them to share reports about the killings in Ukraine. Johnson said, "All you need is a VPN connection to access independent information from anywhere in the world. And when you find the truth, share it." Meanwhile, at least 16 countries have announced they are expelling more than 300 Russian diplomats and officials. The move includes many European Union countries like France and Germany. And in Russia, the country's communications regulator has demanded that Wikipedia remove information about the situation in Ukraine. Officials accuse the site of posting false details about what Russia calls its "special military operation." It said the site could be fined up to 48,000 dollars if it does not delete such posts.
