A batch of US-supplied drones that ram into tanks and military vehicles is due to arrive in Ukraine.
                
US Defense Department Press Secretary John Kirby said on Wednesday that 100 Switchblade drones will be arriving in Ukraine shortly.
                
The administration of President Joe Biden pledged last month to send the drones to Ukraine to help it fight Russian forces.
                
Kirby said individuals can learn how to use a Switchblade drone in about two days. He added that a small number of Ukrainian soldiers who are already in the US have been given training for this system.
                
Kirby stressed that the US will provide additional support to Ukraine if necessary.
