Japan Coast Guard officials are preparing to remotely examine a sightseeing boat found submerged in waters off Hokkaido Prefecture. The "KAZU I" went missing off the Shiretoko Peninsula on April 23. There were 24 passengers and two crew members onboard. Fourteen people have been confirmed dead. The others remain unaccounted for. Coast Guard officials confirmed the location of the boat on Friday. They say it lies at a depth of about 120 meters near a waterfall. Officials say that's too deep for divers to investigate. Instead, they plan to search inside the ship as early as Saturday using a remote camera. They're also preparing to continue their search for the missing in an expanded area.
