The Bank of Japan's next policy meeting is about a month away, and some are already turning their attention toward a possible rate hike. But the Bank of Japan chief says that at this point it's impossible to foresee the result.

BOJ Governor Ueda Kazuo made the remarks at an event in Tokyo on Thursday. He gave a speech and then took questions from participants.
