International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan says his organization will open a field office in Ukraine to speed up the investigation of alleged war crimes. In a statement on Friday, Khan said the office will be crucial in deepening the ICC's engagement with all actors in Ukraine and accelerating its investigative activities.
