Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country has carried out large-scale attacks on infrastructure facilities in Ukraine in retaliation for an explosion on a key bridge linking Crimea and Russia. At a security council meeting he convened on Monday, Putin blamed Ukraine for the bridge explosion on Saturday. He called it an act of terrorism. He also said Russia will respond harshly if threats from Ukraine continue in his country.
