Leaders of the Group of Seven nations have denounced Russia&#039;s missile strikes in Ukraine, saying &quot;indiscriminate attacks on innocent civilian populations constitute a war crime.&quot;
                
The leaders issued a statement on Tuesday after their emergency online meeting, which was also attended by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
                
They said they &quot;condemn these attacks in the strongest possible terms.&quot;
                
They also said they will hold Russian President Vladimir Putin and those responsible to account.
                
The leaders criticized Moscow for its &quot;irresponsible nuclear rhetoric.&quot;
They reaffirmed that &quot;any use of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons by Russia would be met with severe consequences.&quot;
                
The leaders pledged to continue to impose further economic costs on Russia while providing financial, humanitarian, military, diplomatic and legal support and standing firmly with Ukraine for as long as it takes.
                
They expressed their commitment to supporting people in Ukraine who are facing winter after infrastructure facilities have been destroyed.
                
They also indicated that they will consider using funds seized from Russia for recovery and reconstruction works.
