Russia's defense ministry has blamed Ukraine for a fresh drone attack targeting the capital Moscow.
The ministry says a Ukrainian drone attempted to attack facilities in Moscow and a surrounding area early on Friday morning, causing no casualties.
It says the unmanned vehicle was shot down and fell on a building about five kilometers west of the Kremlin in central Moscow.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on social media that the wreckage of the drone fell in an exhibition area near the business district, Moscow City.
Earlier drone attacks damaged buildings in the Moscow City area on July 30 and August 1.
Ukraine announced on Wednesday that its forces liberated the village of Urozhaine in the eastern region of Donetsk.
Ukrainian forces have reportedly made advances near the border between Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia in the south, as well as in areas near the village of Robotyne.
A US think tank, the Institute for the Study of War, said on Thursday, "Russian forces have dedicated significant effort, resources and personnel to hold settlements such as Robotyne and Urozhaine."
It added, "Recent Ukrainian advances in these areas are therefore likely reflective of a wider degradation of defending Russian forces."
