   B: Nah, what's up?

A: Seems like another storm named Nakri is coming close to Tokyo's Izu Islands on Monday! Remember that typhoon from last week?
   B: Oh yeah! Wasn't that bad, but I see...

A: Yeah, not good. The Japan Meteorological Agency says it's a severe tropical storm moving northeast and picking up speed. They say Nakri can have winds of up to 126km/h with gusts even stronger!
   B: Woah, that's powerful! So what happens when it gets here?

A: Well, they predict it'll bring strong winds for hours in the southern parts of Kyushu and heavy rain in Tohoku. It's supposed to reach Izu Islands from dawn till around noon on Monday.
   B: I see... And how bad is it expected to be there?

A: Well, they already had trouble with Typhoon Halong last week. The ground is loose and structures damaged. They're warning about landslides, strong winds, flooding, high waves, and even tornados!
   B: Gosh, I hope everyone stays safe...

A: Definitely. Let's keep an eye on the news and stay cautious. Stay vigilant for lightning and gusty winds too. The sea will also get very rough with waves up to 9 meters!
   B: Sounds scary... Hope they can handle it well. Let's hope this Nakri storm passes quickly and peacefully.
