Millions of people in India celebrated Diwali, one of the most significant festivals in Hinduism, on Monday. They wished for health and happiness over the next year.

Smog has blanketed the Indian capital since the celebrations began.
India&#039;s air quality monitoring agency said on Monday the level of tiniest particulates surged to more than 350, about 14 times higher than the World Health Organization&#039;s daily recommended limit.
