Multiple Ukrainian government ministers, including Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, have submitted letters of resignation to the country&#039;s parliament.
                
Ukrainian media are reporting that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will carry out a large-scale Cabinet reshuffle shortly.
                
The Speaker of Ukraine&#039;s Parliament, Ruslan Stefanchuk, revealed on social media on Wednesday that Kuleba tendered his resignation.
                
Kuleba has overseen diplomatic efforts to seek international support for Ukraine since the start of Russia&#039;s invasion in 2022.
                
Other government ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk, are also expected to step down.
                
Zelenskyy said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukraine must boost defense production, advance work with NATO and counter Russian propaganda. He added, &quot;Now is the time to give new strength to Ukraine&#039;s governmental institutions,&quot; and that &quot;Autumn will be extremely important.&quot;
                
Ukraine is seeking a second peace summit in November this year, when the United States holds its presidential election.
                
Zelenskyy apparently wants to revamp his administration so that the war can be ended in a way that would be of advantage to Ukraine.
