Authorities in Thailand are intensifying their search for answers after a high-rise tower collapsed during an earthquake. They've launched a full-scale probe into a Chinese steelmaker. The building, which was under construction, came crashing down in a powerful quake that hit Myanmar on March 28. Thailand's Ministry of Industry said on Thursday that some of the steel collected from the site is substandard. Investigators searched the Chinese company on Friday after it failed to comply with a request for documents. Authorities say the collapse left 27 people dead. They say 67 others are unaccounted for.
