Zelenskyy arrives in Turkey for talks with Erdogan NHK

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Ankara for talks with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan.



Zelenskyy spoke to reporters shortly after his plane landed in the Turkish capital on Thursday.



He said he had not been officially informed of the level of the Russian delegation, but suspects it is more of a proxy. He added that the Ukrainian side will consider the next step to take after the talks with Erdogan.



Ukraine's foreign minister Andrii Sybiha arrived in Ankara ahead of Zelenskyy.
