   B: Really? What's in it?

A: It's for this fiscal year and amounts to around 18.3 trillion yen, or 117 billion dollars. They're calling it an economic stimulus package.
   B: Wow, that's a lot of money! What's it for?

A: Part of it is to help people with rising prices by offering subsidies for electricity and gas bills, and helping municipalities deal with higher food costs.
   B: That sounds good. Is there anything else?

A: Yeah, it also includes funding for developing AI and the shipbuilding industry to strengthen our economy.
   B: Alright, that seems pretty comprehensive. What did they say about it in the debate?
