Japan's Prime Minister Kishida Fumio says the main ruling Liberal Democratic Party will continue discussing new rules for its factions to restore public trust, amid a political fund scandal involving the groups.
Kishida made the remark to reporters on Friday. He said on Thursday that he is considering disbanding the faction that he previously headed.
