A school bus reportedly crashed into a line of children and parents in eastern China on Tuesday, killing 11 people and injuring 13 others.
State-run China Central Television reported that the school bus lost control near a junior high school in Taian, Shandong Province, at around 7:30 a.m.
It said the crash left five children and six parents dead. Among those injured, one person is reportedly in serious condition.
Local authorities have taken the driver into custody and are investigating.
