A show featuring moving, lifelike dinosaurs is being staged at the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum in central Japan.
The dinosaurs include the Fukuiraptor and the Fukuisaurus, whose fossils were unearthed in the city of Katsuyama, where the museum is located.
The replicas, made by a company in Tokyo, are over 5 meters tall. Their muscles and wrinkles on the skin look almost real.
The heads and tails of the dinosaurs are operated by people inside them. Their movements were supervised by experts at the museum.
Families who came to see the show cheered when the Allosaurus, which is popular with children, appeared looking fierce and powerful.
A 5-year-old spectator said he was a bit scared when the dinosaur came close, but it was really fun.
The show runs through December 7.
