A: Hey there! Heard anything interesting lately?
   B: Not really, just been keeping busy here in Japan. Why do you ask?

A: There's a big news about the conflict between Israel and Hamas. A ceasefire started last week but now both sides are accusing each other of breaking the peace deal!
   B: Wow, that sounds serious! What happened exactly?

A: Well, Trump presented a plan for Hamas to release all their hostages by Monday. They handed over 20 survivors and 10 bodies, but Israel says one of those corpses isn't a hostage. Now, they want Hamas to return the rest of the hostages.
   B: That doesn't sound good... And people in Israel think Hamas breached the agreement?

A: Exactly! The Israeli Prime Minister's Office said they won't compromise on this issue. On the other hand, health officials in Gaza reported that 23 people have been killed by the Israeli military since the ceasefire started, bringing the total death toll to over 67,000 since October 2023.
   B: That's terrible... And a senior Hamas official claims Israel is violating the ceasefire by killing people.

A: Yeah, it seems like they handed over a list of such incidents to the mediators. The question now is if the ceasefire can hold so both sides can move on to the next phase of the peace plan, which involves disarming Hamas and withdrawing Israeli forces from Gaza.
   B: That sounds complicated... Have you heard anything about how people in Gaza are doing?

A: I saw a report that more people are returning to Gaza City after taking shelter in southern areas. The road to the city is crowded with people and trucks carrying their possessions. Residents are setting up tents on cleared sites where destroyed buildings once stood. A boy helping pitch a tent said he's happy about the ceasefire because he saw people getting hurt every day before.
