   B: Not much, what's up?

A: So, Taiwan's President, Lai Ching-te, announced plans to speed up the construction of a new air defense system.
   B: Oh really? Why's that?

   B: Sounds like they're beefing up their defenses against someone...

A: You guessed it! They're mostly looking at China, wanting them to act responsibly as a major power.
   B: I see... Lai also mentioned something about artificial intelligence for combat systems under an asymmetric warfare strategy.
   A: Yeah, they want to counter China's massive military with low-cost, agile weapons. Crazy times!
