A: Hey there! Heard anything interesting lately?

B: Not really, what's up?

A: There was a sad news about a high-rise apartment fire in Hong Kong last month. All the memorial messages for the victims have been removed from a nearby park.

B: Oh no, that's tragic! What happened to those messages?

A: People were visiting the park to offer flowers and messages of sorrow, but now they're all gone. It looks like the authorities wanted to contain criticism against the government.

B: So sad... I can't imagine losing 159 lives in a fire! Many others are still missing too.

A: Right, it's a terrible loss. Some messages carried requests for an investigation into the cause of the fire and blamed the government.

B: It seems people were really upset about what happened. What happened to those who wanted to pay their respects?

A: On Monday, some people were still coming to the park with flowers, one of them was a young woman who said she will never forget the fire and thinks more time should be allowed to pay tribute to the deceased.
