   B: You're kidding me, right? They're gonna talk business! But I heard India has been buying more of Russia's crude oil too...

A: Yup, that's true. And with the sanctions against Russia after their actions in Ukraine, oil prices have dropped. So Putin might be hoping Modi keeps the purchases going, you know, to help out with their situation.
   B: I see. Sounds like Putin wants to show off his close relationship with Modi and prove that Russia isn't all alone on the international stage.
