The Israeli military says it has killed two senior members of the Palestinian militant group Hamas who are said to have been involved in the October 7 surprise attack against Israel. The two are Ali Qadi, a Hamas commander, and Murad Abu Murad, a senior member of the group's armed wing. Concerning the killing of Qadi, a spokesperson for the military posted on social media a video of the destruction of a building in an air strike. An Israeli media outlet, The Times of Israel, reported that the military killed Qadi in a drone attack in collaboration with the country's intelligence organization. The military said Abu Murad was killed in an air strike.
