Russian missiles continue slamming into cities across Ukraine despite a wave of condemnation from abroad.
Troops launched multiple attacks on Ukrainian cities for the second day in a row.
                
Twelve missiles struck the city of Zaporizhzhia, killing one person. Russia says it was targeting Ukrainian energy infrastructure and command posts. It comes after the deadliest day in months when missile strikes killed 20 people and wounded over 100.
                
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, &quot;The enemy has brought about a second volley of its terrorist attack against our country. This morning, we intercepted 20 out of 28 missiles. More than 15 drones were also intercepted, they were almost all Iranian.&quot;
                
Ukrainian officials also announced a troubling discovery in the recently liberated town of Lyman. They said a mass grave was located with 55 bodies of both military personnel and civilians. More than 30 other bodies were also found in Donetsk.
                
NATO&#039;s Secretary General denounced the attacks on civilians. Jens Stoltenberg said, &quot;Ukraine has the momentum and continues to make significant gains... while Russia is increasingly resorting to horrific and indiscriminate attacks on civilians and critical infrastructure.&quot;
                
NATO will start a two-day meeting on Wednesday. Defense ministers from the countries will discuss increasing support for Ukraine.
                
Putin is set to meet with Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Thursday at a regional summit in Kazakhstan.
                
Erdogan has offered repeatedly to broker peace talks. Russian officials say they have not received any such proposal. But they say the situation is changing &quot;dynamically.&quot;
