A Japanese expressway operator says the electronic toll collection system has temporarily been fixed about 38 hours after it went down at some toll gates in Tokyo and seven other prefectures. Central Nippon Expressway Company announced on Monday afternoon that drivers can now use the ETC gates as usual.
