Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held two days of talks with US negotiators in Berlin. He said Monday there has been &quot;enough dialogue&quot; on the territorial issue, and his country and the United States seem to have &quot;different positions&quot; for now.
Zelenskyy met with US special envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump&#039;s son-in-law Jared Kushner to discuss the US-drafted peace proposal.
After the meeting, Zelenskyy said, &quot;My message on security guarantees is that before taking any steps on the battlefield, both the military and the civilian population must have a clear understanding of what the security guarantees will be.&quot;

Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov told state-run television on Sunday he thinks the contribution of both the Ukrainians and Europeans to the documents &quot;is unlikely to be constructive, and that is the problem.&quot;
He noted that Russia hasn&#039;t seen them, saying that if there are &quot;relevant amendments,&quot; Moscow will have &quot;very strong objections,&quot; including on the territorial issue.
