A: Hey buddy! Have you heard the latest scoop?
B: Not yet, what's up?

A: Well, get this - Nippon Steel is gonna invest a whopping 14 billion dollars into US Steel if the Trump folks give them the green light!
B: Whoa, that's huge! I thought they only offered 2.7 billion last time, right?

A: That's right! But now, they're planning to invest up to 4 billion in a new mill. Crazy, huh?
B: Sounds like a big deal indeed! But haven't the authorities already said no to this merger before?

A: Yup! In fact, he ordered a new review by the Committee on Foreign Investment, which should be finished by this Wednesday. Then Trump will have around two weeks to decide the fate of this deal.
