The Palestine Red Crescent Society says 50 trucks carrying humanitarian aid have entered the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing on the border with Egypt. The organization announced in a social media post on Saturday that its teams had received the aid trucks carrying food, water, relief assistance, medical supplies and medicines. This is the first delivery of relief supplies to Gaza since fighting between Israel and the Palestine Islamic group Hamas resumed on Friday morning.
