Trump says Japan treats US 'very poorly' on trade, after talks with PM Ishiba NHK

US President Donald Trump on Monday posted a comment online, after he discussed tariff issues with Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru over the phone.



Trump wrote that, "Countries from all over the World are talking to us. Tough but fair parameters are being set."



Trump said he "spoke to the Japanese Prime Minister this morning. He is sending a top team to negotiate!"



Trump continued that Japan has "treated the U.S. very poorly on Trade. They don't take our cars, but we take MILLIONS of theirs". Trump went on to say the same is true in agriculture and many other "things."



Trump said, "it all has to change, but especially with CHINA!!!"
