Russia is keeping up its assault on Ukraine&#039;s power grid -- unleashing Iranian-made drones on targets in Kyiv and elsewhere. Civilians face a cold and uncertain holiday season, as Russia&#039;s President urged his agents to tighten control.
                
Ukraine&#039;s air force says, from Sunday through Monday, it shot down 30 drones. Five made it through. Kyiv&#039;s governor reported three injuries and more blackouts.
                
The US think-tank The Institute for the Study of War quoted Ukrainian assessments that the Russians can make another three or four rounds of strikes... before they need to acquire more missiles.
