A: Hey John, did you catch the news today?
   B: Nah, what's up?

A: Turns out there was a tropical storm called Peipah in Shizuoka Prefecture. 24 people got hurt and 40 houses were damaged!
   B: Whoa, that sounds serious! Where did it happen exactly?

A: They said it hit four municipalities. The city government in Makinohara received reports of roof tiles flying off, utility poles collapsing, and more.
   B: That's quite a mess! I hope everyone's okay.

A: Unfortunately, three people were severely injured in Makinohara, while 20 others had light injuries. It seems the wind caused most of the harm to humans there.
   B: Yikes, that must have been scary. Did it damage any other cities?

A: Yeah, Kakegawa and Yaizu cities, as well as Yoshida Town were also affected. Strong winds even blew away an agricultural greenhouse in Yaizu City, injuring a farmer in his 40s.
