Rallies against Putin held across Europe NHK

Rallies were held across Europe on Sunday, the final day of voting in Russia's presidential election, to protest against the administration of President Vladimir Putin.

In Paris, about 80 people gathered at a square in front of the Eiffel Tower. They criticized President Putin for illegal activities and called for solidarity with Ukraine.

They called for freedom in Russia and peace for Ukraine.
