A: Hey there! You won't believe what happened to one of our postman friends, right?
   B: No, tell me about it! What's up?

A: So, this postman caused some damage with his motorcycle and as a punishment, he was ordered to deliver mail by bicycle during the scorching heat! Can you believe that?
   B: Oh my! That sounds terrible! What happened next?

A: Well, it turned out he had to do this for eight days, even though his loads were just as heavy as before. The weather was really hot too, reaching up to 38.5 degrees Celsius some days!
   B: Wow, that must've been so tough for him! Did he say anything about it?

A: Yes, he said it was physically and mentally painful. He felt like a victim of punishment and harassment because his boss didn't give a clear explanation for the order.
   B: That really doesn't seem fair at all... I hope they make things right for him.

A: Well, after an investigation, Japan Post said it was training to prevent a recurrence, but they admitted that the two-week period was too long and didn't fully explain the purpose or effects of the training. They've since banned such treatment across the board.
   B: Good! I'm glad they're taking steps to fix this situation. Let's hope our postman friend feels better soon!
