Russian forces in Ukraine are continuing attacks in southern and eastern parts of the country. Ukrainians are bracing for more possible Russian attacks on their electricity infrastructure.
                
The deputy head of Ukraine&#039;s presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, posted on social media that a Russian missile attack in the eastern region of Kharkiv injured seven people including at least one child.
                
Ukraine&#039;s deputy defense minister Hanna Maliar tweeted on Sunday that the situation in the east is difficult. She also wrote that in parts of the Donetsk region, &quot;we are moving forward and in some enemy is advancing. Not only regular army, but also private.&quot;
                
Ukraine&#039;s General Staff of the Armed Forces reported relentless Russian shelling on Monday in not only Bakhmut but also the southern region of Kherson.
                
It warned of further airstrikes and missile attacks on the nation&#039;s key power infrastructure facilities. Such attacks started last October.
                
Britain&#039;s defense ministry said in an intelligence update that Russia has bolstered defensive fortifications in the southern region of Zaporizhzhia.
                
It said success in Ukrainian counteroffensives in Zaporizhzhia and the eastern region of Luhansk is probably causing &quot;dilemmas for Russian operational planners&quot; as to which of the threats to prioritize.
