A Ukrainian delegation has arrived in Paris for talks on archiving ceasefire. The delegates include the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, and Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha. They are expected to hold talks with a US delegation led by Secretary of State Marco Rubio.



Ukraine's foreign ministry says the delegation, which also includes Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, arrived in Paris on Thursday for consultations on sustainable peace and security for their country.



The ministry says the delegation is scheduled to take part in a series of meetings with representatives of countries that have offered to be part of a "coalition of the willing." It says the meetings will discuss ways to achieve a complete ceasefire, and the deployment of a multinational military contingent to guarantee sustainable peace in Ukraine.



The ministry goes on to say that the Ukrainian delegation also plans to meet with a US delegation that is currently visiting France.



The US State Department said earlier that Secretary of State Rubio, along with President Donald Trump's Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, would be visiting France for talks with European officials on the Ukraine situation.



The head of the Ukrainian Presidential Office said on social media that the Ukrainian delegation is scheduled to hold a series of bilateral and multilateral meetings with the representatives of France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
