US President Joe Biden has hailed the achievements made at the meeting of NATO leaders. He stressed that democracies stand united against Russia's war on Ukraine and they will continue their support. Biden spoke at the end of the two-day meeting in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius on Wednesday. Leaders of Indo-Pacific countries, including Japan, also attended the summit. Biden said, "The United States has built a coalition of more than 50 nations to make sure Ukraine defends itself both now and is able to do it in the future as well." He added, "One country cannot be allowed to seize its neighbor's territory by force." Biden reiterated that the US will continue to support Ukraine together with the other NATO members. He said, "We will stand for liberty and freedom today, tomorrow, and for as long as it takes." Lithuania shares borders with Russia and Belarus. Biden's speech in the Lithuanian capital is apparently aimed at keeping Russia in check by stressing the unity of countries that share basic values.
