Apple Confirms iOS 18 Is Only Available On These iPhone Models – List

At its WWDC event, Apple announced its next big update for the iPhone, which is deeply integrated with the company's new AI features. The company announced on stage that Apple Intelligence requires at least an iPhone 15 Pro or models that will launch in the future, making iPhone 15 and older models a bit redundant in comparison.
It does not necessarily mean that older iPhone models will not be able to take advantage of the company's new AI utilities along with major feature upgrades for existing apps. In this regard, Apple officially lists the iPhone models, which will be compatible with the forthcoming iOS 18 update.

The company has also revamped the Control Center with new pages and more customization tools. Developers are also given the option to add their own toggles to the Control Center.
Visually, you can now place app icons anywhere on the Home Screen, something that previously was not possible. The app icons can also be tweaked to add colors or tie them to the device's light or dark theme. All of these features will be available on all iPhone models compatible with iOS 18.
