Israeli military mobilizes reservists to capture Gaza City NHK

The Israeli military radio says about 40,000 reservists were called up on Tuesday as part of preparations to capture Gaza City.

Eyal Zamir, the chief of the military's General Staff, said, "Hamas will have no place to hide from us." He added that the military would "strike them all, all the time."

The military called on residents of Gaza City and elsewhere to evacuate to Al-Mawasi in the south. It wrote on social media in Arabic that they would be able to receive healthcare, water and food there, among other aid.

But local media reported that on the same day, an Israeli drone attack killed nine people, including seven children, in Al-Mawasi.

The area has seen repeated casualties from Israeli strikes, and residents are being forced to flee under constant threat to their lives.
