A: Hey, heard anything interesting lately?

B: Not really, just been catching up on some news. What's up?

A: Oh! So there was a big parade in Washington over the weekend. Guess who it was for?

B: Uh... LGBTQ community right?

A: Exactly! It was Pride Month, they always do something special then. But this time, things are a bit tricky because of President Trump.

B: Tricky how?

A: Well, he's been trying to limit the rights of sexual minorities. He even signed an order that only recognizes two sexes, male and female. And guess what else?

B: Uh-oh, I feel like I'm gonna guess something I don't wanna know...

A: Yup! He also rolled back some of the diversity policies from the Biden administration. Not just that, he's been against LGBTQ rights in military and sports as well.

B: Oh man, that sounds really tough for them. What did they do during this parade then?

A: They chanted for social equity, held rainbow flags, and one participant said it was a show of love and resistance to the pain and anguish they're facing under Trump's administration.

B: Wow, I can imagine how tough that must be. It seems like there's a lot of division in US society over this issue...

A: Yeah, you're right. Some people feel the Biden administration's diversity policies went too far, but I think it's important to stand up for everyone's rights.

Another executive order rolled back the Joe Biden administration&#039;s policies for diversity, equity and inclusion.
