A: Hey there! Did you hear about Andreessen Horowitz's Talent x Opportunity fund?
   B: Nah, what's up with it?

A: They're stopping the fund and program! Four sources told us about it. It was started in 2020 to support underrepresented founders who usually don't get much venture capital money.

B: Oh, really? That sounds cool. Why are they stopping it now?

A: Well, they said they want to refine their approach and integrate it with their broader investing strategy. They had backed more than 60 companies and almost 100 founders over the past five years. But I heard they're pausing the program and let go some staff members too.

B: That's a bummer, right? What did people say about it?

B: Wow, that's interesting. I guess we'll see what happens next with Andreessen Horowitz!
