2. The funding comes as Wonderful's AI agents are reportedly managing tens of thousands of customer requests daily with an 80% resolution rate across various markets like Italy, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Greece, Poland, Romania, the Baltics, Adriatics, and UAE.
3. Beyond customer support, Wonderful plans to utilize its technology for areas such as employee training, sales enablement, regulatory compliance, internal IT support, and onboarding, reflecting a broader ambition beyond its initial focus.
