1. Despite a ceasefire, children in the Gaza Strip continue to suffer from severe malnutrition, as shown by an 11-month-old baby whose upper arms were only 7.5 centimeters in circumference at an UNRWA clinic.

2. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) has been restricted from operating in Gaza since January, causing a delay in delivering necessary aid supplies to the region.

3. The Director of Health at UNRWA, Seita Akihiro, described the situation in Gaza as a "famine caused by humans" and urged the international community to continue providing support to alleviate this humanitarian crisis.
