A university institute in Kyiv says that total damage caused by Russia to Ukraine's infrastructure is estimated at 143.8 billion dollars as of February, one year after Russia's invasion.
An institute at Kyiv School of Economics published the report last Wednesday.
It says the largest amount of damage is from the destruction to housing, estimated at 53.6 billion dollars. More than 150,000 residential buildings were damaged or destroyed.
The amount of damage to roads and bridges is the second largest at 36.2 billion dollars. More than 25,000 kilometers of state and local roads, as well as 344 bridges and overpasses, were destroyed or damaged.
