US Secretary of State Antony Blinken says he and his Group of 7 counterparts are working to &quot;disrupt&quot; the transfer of weapons to Russia. He accused China of &quot;fueling the biggest threat&quot; to European security since the end of the Cold War.
                
Blinken made the remarks in a news conference on Friday in Capri, Italy, as he and his colleagues wrapped up the G7 foreign ministers&#039; meeting.
                
Blinken said China is the &quot;primary contributor&quot; to developing Russia&#039;s military and that it is &quot;sharing machine tools, semiconductors and other dual use items that have helped Russia rebuild the defense industrial base that sanctions and export controls had done so much to degrade.&quot;
                
He added that there has not been a &quot;direct supply&quot; of weapons but said that the &quot;critical supply of inputs of components&quot; is allowing Russia to continue its aggression against Ukraine.
                
Blinken criticized the Chinese for purporting to want friendly relations with countries in Europe and elsewhere. He said they &quot;can&#039;t have it both ways.&quot;
