A: Hey there! Heard anything exciting lately?
   B: Nah, just the usual. What's up?

A: Well, you know Madagascar, right? The president dissolved the government after a bunch of protesters got killed in fights with police!
   B: Whoa, really? When did that happen?

A: It started last Thursday in Antananarivo. They were protesting because of constant power and water cuts.
   B: Wow, that sounds serious. The police responded with tear gas and even live ammo?

A: Yeah, unfortunately, yes. At least 22 people died, and more than a hundred got injured. The UN is asking the police to use less force.
   B: That's terrible... Do we know why the president did this?

A: He said he apologized if the government wasn't doing its job right. But, he also fired the prime minister and dissolved the government.
   B: This is getting worse by the minute! Unemployment among the youth is a big problem there, isn't it?

A: Indeed. Madagascar is one of Africa's poorest countries, and joblessness is a significant issue for their young people.
   B: I wonder if dissolving the government will make things better. Some protesters are asking for the president to step down now.
   A: Seems that way. Let's hope for the best!
