Russia's defense ministry is accusing Ukraine of launching an attack in Moscow after two drones crashed into a business complex on Sunday.
The ministry said on social media that the unmanned aircraft fell into a complex known as Moscow City, adding that another drone spotted near the capital had been destroyed.
Footage released by Reuters news agency shows a damaged high-rise building. One eyewitness claims she saw flames after an explosion, and that the smoke blocked her view.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said on social media that no one was hurt, but Russia's state-run Tass news agency quoted fire authorities as saying one person had been injured.
There have been similar incidents in Moscow recently.
On Monday, two drones damaged an office building, and in May, multiple drones damaged residential buildings.
