Zelenskyy made the announcement after meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the Turkish capital Ankara.
A Kremlin spokesperson told CNN that Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the peace talks.
The head of the Ukrainian delegation is expected to be Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
The meeting was proposed by Russia.
It will be the first face-to-face talks between the two countries since March 2022--one month after the start of the invasion.
