1. Naoshima is an island in Japan's Seto Inland Sea known for its modern art. Kouhey, a Japanese-language reporter, visited Naoshima spontaneously and was impressed by the art installations and architecture.

2. The Naoshima Art House Project allows visitors to explore several creative spaces using empty houses and shrines as canvases. Admission is around 600 yen for individual sites or 1,200 yen for a multi-site ticket.

3. Kouhey also explored contemporary art museums designed by Tadao Ando, such as the Ando Museum and Naoshima New Museum of Art. The island offers numerous outdoor art installations, including Yayoi Kusama's Red Pumpkin in Miyanoura.
