   B: Hai, Masa-kun! I just heard about this weird thing in Shibuya. Some guy got arrested, right?
   A: Arrested?! That sounds serious. What happened?
   B: It's said he sprayed some unknown stuff in the busy district. Eight people were sent to the hospital with minor injuries!
   A: Whoa, that's scary! When and where did this happen?

   A: Sounds like chaos! Who got arrested then?
