A: Hey there, Katsu! Did you hear something interesting lately?
   B: Not really, what's up?

A: So, check this out – Tokyo cops nabbed four folks for setting up cleaning gigs for Indonesians who were supposed to be working in farms here.
   B: Whoa, that sounds serious! Who are these people?

A: One of them is Hihara Tatsuhito, president of a temp agency in Yamanashi Prefecture, and Kobayashi Kansei, an executive from a laundry plant.
   B: Oh, I know Hihara-san! He owns that tech company, right? I didn't know he ran a staffing firm too.

A: Yeah, well, they say these four were breaking the immigration laws by offering jobs at the plant to three Indonesians from last October through June.
   B: Wait, so why are they in trouble if those people had residency status as agricultural workers?

A: That's what's confusing! According to police, those Indonesians had permission to work on farms, but they ended up doing laundry jobs instead.
   B: Hmm... I get what you mean now. What did the two bosses say about this?

A: Well, Hihara said he thought it was okay because the workers could legally do industrial laundry if there were no farming jobs available. But Kobayashi admitted to using them to cover staff shortages and keep his business going.
   B: Wow, that sounds risky! I wonder how many more people are involved in this mess.

A: The cops think Hihara's company may have illegally sent about 120 foreigners to the same plant over a period of two years and six months. That's quite a lot, don't you think?
   B: Definitely! I hope they catch whoever else is involved and put an end to this illegal activity.
