   B: Nah, just the usual stuff. What's up with you?

A: Well, something big happened! The US government announced sanctions on some cyber scam operators in Myanmar and Cambodia.
   B: No way! What did they do exactly?

   B: So now what can these guys do with their money?

A: Well, they can't use it in the US anymore! It's all blocked now.
   B: I see. That sounds like a good move to prevent more thefts, right?

A: Definitely! Last year, US citizens lost around ten billion dollars to these Southeast Asia-based scam operators, which is up over 60% from the previous year.
   B: That's terrible! Hopefully, these sanctions will make things better.
